You must leave a voice mail. We will get back to you as soon as possible.  

Remember all new patients' appointments must be made in person either at the Gupton Pet Care Center Retail counter (Tues - Sat 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM) or during clinic hours

• Surgery appointments require a $45 non-refundable deposit
• Non-surgical appointments do NOT require a deposit but are subject to a less than 24-hour notice $35 cancellation fee before another appointment can be made.
• 2 Cancellation without notice results in going on a no-appointments allowed list--you may only be seen via walk-in clinic hours.

Surgery Drop-off time is 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM (or time specified at reminder call)
