Current Patient Information
- When you leave a voicemail or send a text(Dr, Harvey’s cell only), please include your first and last name, your pet’s name a return call phone number, and a brief message as to why you are calling
- Please call or text Dr. Harvey’s cell with medical questions or health-related concerns (her number is on your invoices, surgery take-home instructions, & business card)
- Appointment Scheduling: By phone at (316)681-0515 leave a voicemail
- Please call between 9-10 am on clinic days to check for day-of-appointment openings due to cancellations, otherwise, most appointments are scheduled 3-6 weeks out
- Emergency appointments are subject to an additional ‘emergency’ fee.
- We do not offer overnight hospitalization
- If you miss a non-surgical appointment with less than 36 hours' notice, a $35 fee must be paid before Dr Harvey will see your pet again
- All surgery appointments require a $45 surgery appointment processing fee (nonrefundable) to make the appointment
- Current Patients are also welcome to take advantage of nonsurgical walk-in clinics which are offered once per month.(see Clinic Schedule and Hours)
- Prescription Refill Requests: By phone (316)681-0515 leave a voicemail
- Include your first and last name, your pet’s name, the medicine being requested, and a contact phone number
- Third party prescription refill requests (I.e Walmart, Walgreens, etc) can take 7-10 days to be made, so please plan ahead

- Request medical records or vaccination certificates: By phone (316)681-0515 leave a voicemail
- Include your first and last name, your pet’s name, the records being requested, and a contact phone number
- Certificates and records are emailed to the owner of record or a hard copy can be picked up after the request call is returned to the owner
