Nonsurgical Walk-in Clinic
Once per month, Dr Harvey tries to offer a nonsurgical walk-in clinic for both new and current patients. Non-emergency services include vaccinations, noncritical illness, skin and/or ear exams, minor wound treatment, heartworm testing, etc.

Rules for Walk-In Clinic
- Check-in starts no earlier than 10 minutes before walk-in clinic hours.
- Please do not enter the clinic before check-in time
- We have outdoor waiting areas, or you may wait in your car, or browse the retail store
- Clients must complete a new patient form for each pet that has not seen Dr Harvey in the last 24 months before they can check-in

- Forms are on clipboards outside the clinic front door or can be picked up at the retail store prior to walk-in day
- DO NOT bring your pet into the clinic to check in
- Please keep sick animals in your car to limit other animals’ exposure
- Let us know if your animal is very sick, so the doctor can determine if critical care may need to be sought elsewhere
- Please keep cats in crates
- All dogs must be on a short leash, in a crate, or on your lap
- Be specific about your reason for your visit.
- The doctor will only see your animal for the items given at check-in
- Which vaccinations, heartworm test and preventative, flea/tick preventative, ear issues, skin issues, 3rd party prescription requests, etc.
- If your pet is having a Urine issue, you must provide a fresh urine sample
- If your pet is having stool issues, you must provide a fresh stool sample
- The doctor will only see your animal for the items given at check-in
- Leave the clinic with your pager and wait to be called
- Once you are paged, please enter the clinic with your pet quickly
- Wait time can be up to 3 hours. We will let you know if the wait time is long and you may leave and come back at least 30 minutes before your wait time is up. If you are going to leave please do not take a pager, but rather get a pager when you return.
- All patients checked in during check-in hours will be seen that day
- All Dogs & Cats seen by Dr Harvey that are deemed in general good health, must present a current rabies certificate from a licensed vet or one will be given by Dr Harvey at the owner’s expense.
- We are providing a high-demand service, so please be kind and cooperative with our staff and each other.
